Customer support agent

Your team answers the same order, account and how-to questions all day, while complex tickets wait in the queue.

01What we build

  1. 01Agent that reads the ticket, looks up orders and accounts, and resolves routine requests end to end
  2. 02Answers grounded in your help centre and policies, with sources
  3. 03Confident hand-off to a human with a summary when it should not answer

  • Customer satisfaction
  • Cost per ticket

02How it works

From input to outcome, step by step.

  1. 01

    Connect the knowledge

Help centre articles, macros, policies and past resolved tickets are indexed, with freshness checks so answers follow policy changes.

  2. 02

    Read and route every ticket

Each ticket is classified by intent, urgency and account. Routine requests go to the agent; sensitive ones go straight to a person.

  3. 03

    Resolve with real tools

Order lookups, address changes and refunds within limits run through tested functions with their own permissions and checks.

  4. 04

    Hand off and learn

When it isn't sure, it escalates with a summary of what it checked. Every human edit becomes a new evaluation case.

03Questions

Before you ask.

01Will it replace our support team?

No. It takes the repetitive tier-1 volume so your team can focus on complex, high-value conversations. You decide which ticket types it may resolve on its own.

02What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and hands off. Escalation with a summary is designed in from the start and measured as part of the evaluation suite.
