This policy explains what information Kryloq AI ("Kryloq", "we") collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, company and message. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load. They don't use cookies and report aggregated data, not individual profiles.

AI assistant

If you use the "Ask Kryloq" assistant, your messages are sent to our AI model provider to generate replies. We don't store these conversations, unless you choose to send one to our team, in which case it's handled like a contact form message. Please don't share confidential information in the demo.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

The site is hosted on Vercel and enquiries are stored with our infrastructure providers. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, then delete them.
